Battersea, London (2799 sq /ft)

Inside one of London’s most iconic buildings, Montevetro in Battersea, overlooking the Thames is this spacious, elegant residence which benefits from high ceilings and a wealth of natural light across three storeys.

While it’s design is modern, it’s also a comfortable space with plenty of personal touches and home comforts. The bespoke shelving on the mezzanine above the living area manages to be both a place of retreat among books and keepsakes and a lofty area which accentuates the imposing scale of the apartment.

The palette throughout the home offers a shared tonality – muted greys, crisp whites and rich creams all accented with an abundance of glass and mirrors. There are plenty of clean lines and angles throughout. This is in no small part thanks to the bespoke storage built into each room from the kitchen to the wall of closets in the bedroom which provide clear planes of space. All of this contributes to what is a delightfully commanding aesthetic.
